Fannish Interests: Final Fantasy VIII is my main 'gig' right now, but I'll probably also talk about various other Square game (particularly pre-2000s) and maybe some shmups here and there. Basically I'm an old person who likes a lot of old video games and a few new ones, too.
I like to post about: I'm always in the process of writing some thing or another, but more frequently I just vomit impromptu analysis and headcanonny drivel. While I definitely have my own headcanons and generally stick to them, I'm very receptive to other people's interpretations and enjoy discussing all the different ideas and inspirations people derive from their faves. I also enjoy critiquing those faves, but not to tear them down; no hate, just obsessive attention to detail!
