Subscription/Access Policy: Open currently & I add back. Posts are all public at the moment, but I might move towards friendslocking everything but fic eventually.
I post about: I'm slowly creaking into gear with this journal: some RL, books, movies, latest thing I'm consuming in general, primarily my main fandoms, it would be cool to do "latest fic read" recs kinds of posts.
Main Fandoms: I'm multifandom, but my main interest right now is My Hero Academia (both manga & anime). Things that will probably kick in soon: asoiaf (once I get Fire & Blood), Bungou Stray Dogs (I want to catch up with the manga), and Gotham (once the last season starts).
Other Fandoms: of my heart which I am always ready to gush about: MCU, Harry Potter (including Fantastic Beasts), Naruto, Avatar: the Last Airbender, Legend of Korra. I tend to read mostly HP & Naruto fic still.
Fannish Interests: I love genfic! Humor & angst! Canon divergence AUs! Rarepairs! I'm pro-shipping and am very live & let live about fandom: YKINMKATO. I mostly read fic and look at art, but have started writing fic for the first time in four years this summer. I like reading meta but don't generally produce it. Worldbuilding is always fun.
OTPs: Hawks/Endeavor (currently what I write fic for), Oswald Cobblepot/Jim Gordon, Mako/Wu, Viktor/Hermione, Sasori/Sakura. Not listing anything besides OTPs because otherwise *unfurls scroll* we'd be here all day. Feel free to ask about any ships, if you'd like.
Aside from what's already listed above:
Favorite Movies: Escape from New York! I have an action figure of Snake Plissken I should photograph doing more things. Star Wars (I like Kylo Ren a lot). Lord of the Rings. Hidalgo. Any and all Muppet movies. I just like watching movies (especially period pieces) in general.
TV Shows: The Magicians. Call the Midwife. Currently slowly consuming Netflix Daredevil. I catch GBBO sometimes.
Books: The Farsala Trilogy. PJO/ToA/Magnus Chase. (re)Reading Discworld & Diana Wynne Jones has been on my to do list for a while. I generally like fantasy when it comes to fiction.
Music: Eurovision! Actually, I'm not very music savvy so I'm always just learning about really obvious stuff for the first time. I have listened to the Space Jam soundtrack in 2018 probably more than a person should.
Games: Pokemon Go! I don't play Overwatch, but I'm literate in the lore because of watching friends play.
Comics: I get a few DC & Marvel trade paperbacks from my library, so while I'm always behind, I like Thor, Aquaman, The Flash and have read a few other titles. I'm a fan of Plastic Man - the new movie announcement has got me HYPED.
Other Info: I love history, culture, cats, non-fiction, natural history, languages, spooky stuff, the sense of smell, food & cooking.
