Subscribed! I at least like to think of myself as open-minded and accepting. :-)
I love Ratatouille... and a lot of other animated movies, but probably mostly older ones. One of my HS classmates is a Disney animator, so I try to watch movies he's worked on, like The Lion King, Frozen I & II, Moana (I've seen the first, not the second), and others. But I also enjoy catching the really old Disney films, even if they aren't the best, they're still kind of fun to watch now and then. The Emperor's New Groove is another favorite!
I've bought a ton of cookbooks, but don't use them much because I live alone and it's not easy cooking for one person. I make soup and bread from scratch, and a common meal is rice or couscous with vegetables. However, I do occasionally try other recipes for whenever my brothers visit, so I can feed them something that tastes good (and is hopefully also healthy). My cooking tastes these days lean toward healthy, and preferably less processed stuff. I'm not a vegetarian, but I would often choose a vegetarian meal over meat.
