I especially love the Aristocats! Many people told me my youngest cat looks like Marie from The Aristocats (see icon). My cat is a flame-point, so her face is no longer white.

Frozen is one of the few series where I like the second one better than the first. My HS classmate once posted a photo of himself with the ocean horse on his computer in the background, so I think he at least worked on it (maybe did that whole sequence?). I know horses. I can definitely say, whoever did the animation on that ocean horse KNOWS horses. So many little subtle actions were included that are often missed. I love watching the bits with that horse in it. Really beautiful animation work, very well done.

My issue with cookbooks is, I'm not big on dessert, and most of the books always have a section of desserts. I have allergies to some fish, I can eat salmon, but I really don't like the taste, flavor, or texture. I only eat it sometimes because it's 'healthy.' And I don't in general eat much meat. And there you go. Most cookbooks include a lot of fish and other meat. This is why these days, I do tend to buy "vegetarian" cookbooks. I bought a breadmaker despite people warning me that many people get those and use them 2-3 times and that's it. I still use mine. So, I just put a few ingredients in the pan, set the machine and walk away. And about 3 hours or so later, it beeps, and voila, I have fresh bread! The thing is, the white bread must be eaten within 2 days. The brown bread may last an additional day or two. I just have to make small loaves and eat a lot. They say the bread can be frozen, but I've never been a fan of frozen bread. To me, the ice crystals change the texture, and it's not as good. One of my cookbooks is only bread machine recipes. I've found two recipes I love!
