Age: somewhere between 25 and 40
Main Fandoms: Final Fantasy VII, Weiss Kreuz, Saiyuki, Lord of the Rings, Pirates of the Caribbean, Gundam Wing, Transformers, a smidge of Harry Potter, and so many dabblings in others just to wet my feet. I don't prefer Twilight - never really got into vampires much - but I don't mind friends that do. Eventualy, I will start renting Supernatural, Dr. Who, and Firefly from Netflix...it's really only a matter of time.
Fannish Interests: I don't get much reading of fan fiction in, but when I do, I seem to read a lot of yaoi. I am decidedly pairing unimportant. I also like to drool all over good artwork, cosplay and I am an AMV collecting whore. (I think I have probably sold my soul to fandom already, they are just divvying up the pieces.) I don't write fan fiction, though I wish I could. I can't write myself out of a paper bag.
Music: hugely eclectic!
Other Info: Let's see, I am a university student studying anthropology and history with some geographic stuff thrown in. Right now, this is a huge part of my life since I am really hauling ass to get these degrees. I want to study abroad in Japan sometime before I graduate and would like to make Asian cultures (including the Indian Subcontinent) by focus of study.

I live in the cold north with my partner and our five cats. I like to listen to music, watch movies and fan-subs, cook (I share recipes), go on roadtrips and take lots of pictures (which I inflict on my flist, just to see them cry), go to cons and cosplay when I get the chance, and engage in sheer dorkitude at times.
I am really open to new people to read. My list isn't very active yet and I would really like it to be.
