Add Me Fandom

Hello, buddies! I’ve shared my name on my blog, but many internet colleagues just call me Nebbie. I’m 23 years old since January 20th, just a Brazilian girl from Rio de Janeiro. My blog’s mostly in my mother language, but I’ll probably write in English every now and then (and I certainly interact in English with those who decide to comment, or publish, in it).

 

Personal texts will be friend-locked, and only those I’m intimate with will gain access (friends I’ve got on Whatsapp, Insta… non-fannish related accounts), and I won’t unlock it to whoever asks; but 98% of my texts are public, fandom related blogging and essays, so it’s all good.

 

My fannish interests: Grand Chase (GCPC, GCDC, GCC), Fairy Tail, Magi: The Labyrinth Of Magic, other animangá fonts, essays on the fannish phenomena, k-pop (EXO and Seventeen, mainly), GL and BL webseries… I read often, too — not “+100 titles on my digital bookshelf” often, but “10 to 15 titles a year I’ve read slowly and enjoyed a lot” often —, but I don’t really publish about bookish topics.

 

My main ships are: Lass/Elesis, Natsu/Lucy and Kouha/Aladdin (Grown Up AU). I don’t mind it if you’d rather one of them stayed with other characters, like El with Ronan or Natsu ‘n Lisanna; though they’re my NOTPs, I don’t fight other people over fictional couples. But I won’t stay silent if you talk shit about my ships near me, or, even worse, to me (yeah, it’s happened before). Don’t joke about my ships with me, no matter how close it seems we are, cause although it might seem frivolous they’re all important aspects of my artistic and fannish journey, something heavily linked with my relationship with myself. I mean, if someone wanted to do it they’d to despite me saying that… I guess I wanted to get it off my chest (that one incident hurt my feelings, ah).

 

I post about: fanfiction and fandoms as a sociocultural phenomena, my own creative projects’ progress, not-so-sparse rants about my life (nothing too expository, though) and lists, sometimes. My schedule is having no schedule, but I try not to go too many months a time without appearing.

 

I think DNI notes are silly, I just block people I don’t vibe with and I encourage anyone to do so with me, should the desire arise. I subscribe back when I like what you are posting and would like to see it on my reading feed; I do not subscribe to everyone who follows me. I’d love to find journals to follow here, especially people that ship what I ship!!!
