failsafe
Age: 26
Country: United States
Subscription/Access Policy: It's a free-for-all unless that becomes a problem somehow.
Fannish Interests: Doctor Who, Avatar: The Last Airbender, MCU, DCTV, the new Wonder Woman movie, Type Moon, Steins;Gate, Puella Magi Madoka Magica, the 100, and whatever else has caught my fancy this month. I would really like to rewatch some things I'm really rusty on, like Stargate SG-1, too!
I play video games very, very occasionally. I love Portal and recently Mass Effect.
I like to post about: Most of my journal, right now, is a series of Dear Author letters. I write fic a lot, usually for exchanges. However, I just decided I'm going to do a fandom autobiography to keep myself coming back for a while and to develop a habit. The first installment of that fannish autobiography is up now, so you can see what me rambling about myself looks like. Other things I'm likely to write about are similar to things I write about on my tumblr (only to be ignored in general) such as character arcs, reactions to episodes, fanfiction, fanfiction ideas, and random tidbits about my life from time to time.
About Me/Other Info: Dog person, Aquarius, INFP. Nightowl, chronic napper. I like monsters and space. Never 100% outgrew my emo/goth phase but also sometimes wear pink. I just finished a teacher preparation program in May. Currently, I'm looking for a job. My sleep cycle is a wreck right now due to unemployment, and I'm trying to make my life something that is a little more satisfying to me in a lot of ways. 95% of what I do on the internet is related to fandom in some way. I am a religious person, but I do not post about it except where it is relevant to any personal posts I make. I just thought you should know because we won't be good-match friends if you tend to post negative things about religion (any of them, not just my own). I'm socialist-leaning politically, but again, I try to make my action and life speak for themselves and don't really preach to choirs or blog about it that much. I'm bi but chronically single and currently mostly okay with that. I know like five-thing about CSS and HTML and might someday get into making stuff with that.
