Name: juniperberry; on LJ I go by sparklyfanta, but I'm almost never on LJ anymore.
Age: late 30s
Country: USA
Subscription/Access Policy: I'll generally add you if you add me, but I only grant access to people I either know well, or who grant it to me first. I'm not offended if you don't, though. Also, I am an adult and I post about adult things, so I really don't want anyone under 18 (or their country's age of majority) following me. I'm generally very boring, kids, but better safe than sorry.
Fannish Interests: due South is my main fandom love right now (I ship F/K and V/ladies), and it's really where my fannish heart lies at the moment. However....
I like to post about: I post about a lot of other things--I'm currently still watching X-Files (first time since the 90s), Battlestar Galactica, Buffy, Angel, Farscape, Leverage, Xena, Star Trek, the Fullerverse, Doctor Who (new series, Classic, & Big Finish), lots of random Canadian TV shows like Twitch City, Slings & Arrows, Forever Knight, and Blood Ties. I tend to write up my impressions/thoughts about what I'm watching, if I get around to it; other than that I usually post about writing, actual fic (a rare but not unknown occurrence), fandom silliness, and lots of navel gazing. Like...lots. I also may disappear for stretches of time, but this is 90% to do with my Real Life and mental health, not because I'm abandoning DW. (DW has been my home for a good long while now, I'm not moving anytime soon!)
My main interests right now, as exemplified by the list above, are TV shows, most not recent. I have, however, been into other forms of media--I spent a good portion of my youth in anime/manga and Harry Potter fandoms, so I'm willing to talk about those, too.
About Me/Other Info: I hang out on tumblr a lot,so if you're more tumblr-oriented, hit me up and we'll exchange tumblr-names. My main focuses are fandom and writing, but I might throw in some stuff about crochet or knitting, as I'm a bit of a nerd for those things, too. On a personal note, I am queer, not Christian, a feminist and very liberal.
