Date: 2025-06-09 08:42 pm (UTC)The recipe book has dozens of bread recipes for different breads, and chapters for spice breads, cheese breads, vegetable breads, and a variety of others. I've been sticking to my two favorites which are the 100% Wheat (brown) bread and the Crusty White Bread. The latter, you cannot bag up or it goes soft. I just put a piece of Saran Wrap on the cut side, and stand it up on its end with that on the bottom, and the crust stays nice. But yeah, I may give some others a try eventually. And again, it would be easier if I had more people eating it... LOL
