I think I got a fancier bread maker (on sale, of course). It does have different settings for different types of bread, but also has settings for cake, jam, and yogurt. I didn't get it for any of those things, so I never bothered to read up on how to do that. There is also a setting to just mix the dough, and stop. So if you wanted to bake the bread in the oven, make biscuits, pizza dough, etc, without cooking it in the bread maker, you can do that.

The recipe book has dozens of bread recipes for different breads, and chapters for spice breads, cheese breads, vegetable breads, and a variety of others. I've been sticking to my two favorites which are the 100% Wheat (brown) bread and the Crusty White Bread. The latter, you cannot bag up or it goes soft. I just put a piece of Saran Wrap on the cut side, and stand it up on its end with that on the bottom, and the crust stays nice. But yeah, I may give some others a try eventually. And again, it would be easier if I had more people eating it... LOL
