Meh. My parents bought me a yogurt maker when I was a kid. It was basically four square glass bowls with lids that sat on a heated flat surface for hours, then had to cool (didn't they know kids don't have that kind of patience?). And pretty much, you just started with plain yogurt and added in whatever. I'm guessing we used blueberry pie filling. I was pretty much confused why it was any different than simply stirring the blueberry filling directly into yogurt and eating it right away. Why did we have to wait for hours for it to heat up only to cool it again? Needless to say, it was used once. No clue what happened to it after that. They also bought me a taffy puller. It broke the first time we used it. So yeah, don't think I'm going to bother trying out that yogurt setting!

OMG, there is nothing so wonderful as freshly baked bread! I always have a slice with butter as soon as it's cool enough to eat. And sometimes a couple of slices. It's still good after that, but without preservatives, you do need to eat it in a couple of days, or it just gets rock hard. In that case, I do sometimes cut it up and use it instead of crackers in soup. Or I toss it to the birds.

The loaves are always the same width and length, but you can add more ingredients and they'll be taller. Mine has three size settings and three color settings (light, medium, or dark). I think the brown bread is healthy, and it's nice for sandwiches. The crusty white bread is better for soups or toast. I use it for avocado toast... or bread.
