Getting back into the swing of it

Took a long break from journaling and fandom in general, but want to get involved with it all again, so I'm looking to add a few folks.

Subscription/Access Policy: My journal is mostly open, and I add people with similar interests.

Main Fandoms: Marvel movie universe, DC universe (comics & animated films), D.Gray-man, Deadman Wonderland, Hetalia, Doctor Who
Fannish Interests: I sometimes write fan fiction & make icons.
OTPs and Ships: I have no OTPs. If a canon or potential pairing catches my interest in a show/movie/comic, I'll search out some fic for it or have a go at writing it myself.

Favourite Movies: Night of the Hunter, most things by Johnnie To, Inception, Infernal Affairs, District 9, Superman vs. The Elite
TV Shows: Luther, Wallander, Awake (why did they cancel it?!), Life on Mars (UK), Doctor Who
Books: Too numerous to list, but am currently reading The Hound of the D'urbervilles by Kim Newman, and have taken a liking to Arthur Machen recently
Music: Florence + The Machine, Tori Amos, David Bowie, misc. rock, various Japanese artists, a bit of pop and classical
Games: Not a heavy gamer, but dabble in a bit with my DS Lite (no, not the latest handheld console, but it suits me)
Comics/Anime/Misc: Too many to count, really, but a few are Deadman Wonderland, Revolutionary Girl Utena, D.Gray-man, Puella Magi Madoka Magica, Simoun, Noein, Natsume's Book of Friends, Humanity Has Declined, Saiyuki and its incarnations, DC comics

Other Info: I'm pretty laid back and don't look for drama. For me, the web is a place to have a bit of fun before getting back to the usual grind.
