I have just heard back from them a few minutes ago, and they were able to look at your account and confirm that you are actually older than 10 and that it is likely you are roleplaying a character. As such, I would have unrestricted your membership again (but it appears you have left the community) and contacted you about this issue.
I apologise for not contacting you about this issue first, but there was nothing in your post to suggest that you were roleplaying or that you were anything other than a 10 year old, so I needed to take the post at face value and contact Dreamwidth first.
I am undecided right now about people posting friend requests "in character" and will likely make a post to the community seeking opinions as to whether to allow them or not. In the meantime, if you wish to rejoin the community and make a post as yourself, you are most welcome to do so.
