Main Fandoms: Currently Tolkien, ASoIAF, Star Wars.

Other Fandoms:  I do lurk in many historical fandoms. Also sci-fi, fantasy. Some nostalgic ones include Diana Wynne Jones, Tortall, Narnia. ATLA. I also like anime/manga. A lot of sports animes recently. FMA. 

Fannish Interests: Writing fic. Graphic edits. Fanmixes. Reading meta and crackposts.

OTPs and Ships: Lots. See linked above. I like rairpairs, crackpairs. The science of chemistry works in mysterious ways! Mostly in my head. I write het, and I like reading femslash/GL. I'm trying to branch out into writing femslash. Not into slash/BL as main pairings. I enjoy OCs, and write OCs often. I also like reader-inserts. I was briefly very into KPop x Reader fiction on tumblr.

TV Shows: Jane Eyre, Nagi's Long Vacation, Kingdom (Kdrama), Slow Horses, Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy, Money Game (Kdrama), Ghoul, Agatha Christie's Poirot, Sister Boniface Mysteries, Line of Duty, Foundation

Books: Many genres, mostly fiction. Fire and Hemlock, Lady of the Glen, Bear and the Nightingale,  Ruth Downie's Roman Mystery series.

Music: Mostly genreless! I like to find music so rec me! Except thrashmetal and along those lines. And radio-heavy mainstream pop. Recent playlist repeats: Brian Eno, Dune Sketchbook, 70s Space Ambient, Prog rock, Jazz, Classical.

Games: PC games, otome, find-and-click, mystery, storyline-heavy. Anyone still play Nancy Drew? I am, btw, a Frank x Nancy shipper.

Comics/Anime/Misc:

Not very fannish about comics though I poke around for fic-research purposes. For manhwa, manga, manhua, webtoons; I read mostly Het or GL if the main focus is on relationships. I read a wide genre of things. Titles of interest: Kanata Kara, Otoyomegatari, Oz, Oli-Oli Soup, Meteor Methuselah. Noragami. Slice of Life. Comedy. Action. Sci-fi. Psychological. Horror. Mystery. Romance. Fantasy. Survival. Anime? I've enjoyed Hellsing. Patlabor. Haikyuu. Ping Pong the Animation. GITS. Vision of Escaflowne.  I also like otome-type shoujo productions. La Corda d'Oro Primo Passo, anyone?


Other Info: I intend this journal to be for fandom. If political musings or social issues make an appearance they will be kept short or under a cut. Discussions always welcome but kept polite.

Hi. I am a 38 female. I am French Canadian but I think that I can handle in English. We share Star Wars and The Lord of the Rings. I have the Narnia movies but I did not watch them yet. I am also a graphics maker. I need to see The Batman. Back to the Future is a comfort for me since childhood. (My favorite is Part II). As for music, I mostly love movie soundtracks.
