hello! just wanted to pop in as a fellow Civilization/Crusader Kings fan c: (also Yakuza, but i've only played 0 so far.) i also saw you had Resident Evil listed in your profile interests, and that's currently my main fandom :)

i'm not sure if my journal is what you'd be looking for or not, as it's mostly used for fic/talking about things i'm writing, but i also like to post recs/reviews for things or ramble about games i'm playing.

I'm quite a fannish person and love learning/researching about fandom history. And meta is something I'm also very into, just discussions about a particular fandom or just fandom in general are quite fascinating to read about and engage with, seeing the different kinds of opinions and the (hopefully respectful) conversations that can come from them. I used to write some meta back in the day, I haven't done it in a long while but that itch is still there. I do engage whenever I can with others who do, though.

hi! ditto re fan meta and journal crawling. i really like to dig through innactive fansites on the wayback machine when i can. sometimes i feel like fanmeta just doesn't hit like it used to. I came into superwholock in the tail end of it but i do remember it well. i still really enjoy the first season of bbc sherlock. and for the man from u.n.c.l.e., i don't know if you're referring to the series, the film, or both. i admit to watching the movie an amount that perhaps does not fall within the bounds of normal, and i've seen handful of series eps and liked them a lot. and i know i would like sg-1 if i would just sit down and watch it lol

Hello! I was referring to the series; for the movie I didn't quite like how they handled Illya and I also couldn't bring myself to watch after the actor's whole disgusting stuff surfaced.

Also I realized you enjoy Ted Lasso -- I loved the series being a football fan! I added you back :)

re tmfu- that's so real. illya just ain't how he ought to be 100% and both those actor guys suck majorly bad imo. i gripe about hcav a Lot, who very meanly plays some of my most favorite characters ever worse than anyone ever has before </3. if i didn't know any better i would think he was trying to personally make me miserable lol and yay ted lasso! i'm awful at keeping up with sports but i do love to watch a match whenver i remember that that's a thing i can do. here's to a new mutualship- cheers!
