Fannish Interests: Appreciating and drawing fanart, reading fanfic, character meta, discussing issues from a feminist perspective, making graphics (I love making icons and mood themes whenever the mood strikes).
Favourite Movies: Alien, Kill Bill, Jurassic Park, The Last Unicorn, Ninja Turtles (all of them), Space Jam, Rise of the Planet of the Apes, Moon, Kung Fu Panda 2, Shrek 1+2, How to Train Your Dragon, The Cabin in the Woods, Wreck it Ralph, Pacific Rim, The Fifth Element, Hard Candy, Life of Pi, Inception.
TV Shows: Avatar: the Last Airbender, Fringe, Grey's Anatomy, Private Practice, Boy Meets World, X-Files, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Transformers, The Looney Tunes Show, Duck Dodgers, Law&Order: SVU, the Closer, Bones.
Music: Alternative/progressive/indie rock, trance, pop rock. I don't really have favourite artists (though I think Studio Killers is the best thing that happened this year).
Games: Resident Evil, Portal, Bioshock, Tomb Raider, Spyro the Dragon, Sonic Adventure, Machinarium, Q:U:B:E, Silent Hill.

Other Info: I use my journal mostly as a personal diary, but I do ramble about my favourite shows and series, from time to time. On LJ I used to make occasional art posts, and I want to start doing that here as well. I'm looking for people with similar interests, who're fairly active. Bonus points if we share fandoms, but if your DW's content is exclusively fannish, then I'll probably turn you down.

I don't really bring it up in my journal, but it could happen, and since you seem to enjoy it, I figured you should know. If that's ok with you, by all means I'd love to be mutuals! :)

Date: 2014-09-14 04:47 pm (UTC)I can overlook Donnie because I sympathize with the perpetually awkward crush (which is a cop-out and I would like for it to be resolved on the show...it probably won't but I would like to see it!) but Mikey's incompetence bounces from kind of cute (the ice cream kitty!) to just really annoying (...everything else) and I think Casey is just a tool. I was looking forward to seeing him buuut. Oh well. |D; I still like his interactions with Raphael though.
And wow, babble babble, sorry! XD I do enjoy the show (obviously!) but it doesn't stand up to scrutiny.
